Recover your satellite pointing data

This article is intended for Orange Satellite with Nordnet subscribers.  

To adjust your satellite dish, you need to use the pointing data specific to your postal address.
This information was attached to your Welcome letter or e-mail when you subscribed. You can also find them in your Customer Area.

Access your Customer Area

  • To access your Customer Area, click the following link: https: //client.nordnet.com
    Next, enter your Nordnet Customer Area username and password in the appropriate fields, and confirm.
  • Your username was given to you by Nordnet when you subscribed, in your Welcome email (or letter).

If you have forgotten your username and/or password, click the Forgot your password? link.

Record your pointing data

From the MY CONTRACTS section, click the Satellite Kit submenu.

In this section, make sure that the postcode you enter matches your installation site’s postcode. If it does not, please contact our Customer Service department as soon as possible.

Then take down the essential data for your pointing: Azimuth, elevation, beam number, longitude, latitude and activation key
