Edit your contact details

You want to change your e-mail address or your contact telephone number (landline or mobile).  

These changes can be made from your Customer Area.

Access your Customer Area 

  • To access your Customer Area, click the following link: https: //client.nordnet.com
    Next, enter your Nordnet Customer Area username and password in the appropriate fields, and confirm.
  • Your username was given to you by Nordnet when you subscribed, in your Welcome email (or letter).

If you have forgotten your username and/or password, click the Forgot your password? link.

Access your contact details

Click MY ACCOUNT*

* If you are using a mobile phone, first click the menu icon in the top left-hand corner of the home screen.

Then click Edit contact information.

Edit the required fields and click SAVE.

For your change to be registered, you must provide at least your e-mail address and one of the two telephone numbers requested.

Make sure you fill in these fields with information that is valid and used in your day-to-day life (your main mailbox, your personal mobile number). In the event of an alert to notify you of a new bill, an incident or maintenance, Nordnet will send an e-mail and/or a text message to these exact coordinates!
