Where can you find the commitment period end date?

Depending on your package, your there may be a 12- or 24-month commitment period in your contract. After this period, the subscription continues without commitment, tacitly renewed each month.

This means that cancellation before the end of the commitment period will incur cancellation penalties as detailed in the General Terms and Conditions of Subscription (except in special cases).

For this reason, we strongly advise you to find out more before taking any administrative action. You can check the date on which your commitment period ends at any time in your Customer Area.

    Next, enter your Nordnet Customer Area username and password in the appropriate fields, and confirm.
  • Your username was given to you by Nordnet when you subscribed, in your Welcome email (or letter).
