Restoring the NordnetBox default settings (reset)

This article is intended for subscribers to Orange Satellite with Nordnet range.
Restoring the default settings ("Reset") of the NordnetBox can solve an advanced technical problem that cannot be resolved simply by rebooting.
Example: Malfunction of certain services such as Wi-Fi connectivity, etc.

To restore the NordnetBox Emotion default settings:

Leave the NordnetBox switched on
Take a paper clip and unfold it.
Insert it in the hole entitled "Reset" at the back of the NordnetBox (a small button is located there).
Press and hold the button until the lights go out (the Power light stays on) and then come back on.
If you have a Satellite or Fibre connection, wait one minute and then restart your modem.
If you are using a radio connection, disconnect the POE box from your 4G, WiMAX or WifiMAX antenna for one minute, then reconnect it.
Wait 20 minutes while the NordnetBox recovers its configuration elements from our servers.
