Checks and corrections need to be made.
1 - Check that the power cable is connected to the DC IN port at the back of the satellite modem;
2 - Check that the other end of the power cable is plugged into a working socket, testing several if necessary.
Let’s start by checking the LEDs on the satellite modem.
The problem is either with the coaxial cable or the transmitter/receiver head unit.
Check the wiring. If the problem persists, contact our technical department.
