If you have forgotten your Customer Area password or the password associated with your e-mail address, Nordnet offers you a procedure for resetting it:
On the page where you are being asked to identify yourself (when opening Your Nordnet Email (webmail) for example, or on your Customer Area), click on the "Forgot your password?" link.

Then enter your username and click on "Change your password".
If an account exists, a password reset link will be sent to you by e-mail and text message.
If you do not have access to your e-mail inbox and your mobile number has not been entered, please contact our Customer Service.
A few seconds later, you will receive the reset link. Click on it.
N.B.: the link is valid for 24 hours. After that, it will be systematically rejected by our servers and you will have to start the whole operation from scratch.

Enter your new password, enter it a second time and then confirm. It must be at least 9 characters long, containing alphanumeric characters (letters and numbers) and at least one special character. It must not contain accents, spaces, apostrophes, semicolons or ampersands.
If it is changed successfully, a message will inform you that your password has been saved
